Raul Valdes-Pages comes to Quantum with over 20 years of experience in the higher education and training sector. As founder and President of Denver Technical College in Denver, Colorado, he grew DTC from 50 to 2800 students and into an award winning career school offering Associate, Bachelors, and Masters level degree programs in both high tech and healthcare areas. In 1999, Raul facilitated the transition of Denver Technical College into the DeVry system of universities. There, he served as Vice President of New Products where he directed new product initiatives in a variety of business and technical program areas. Additionally, he initiated the ongoing project of e-textbooks and assessed and developed plans to change marketing and product offerings Canadian operations. He has served as Commissioner for the Accrediting Commission of Schools and Colleges of Technology. Raul has been awarded the “Excellency in Education” awarded by the Career College Association and a national committee for skills standards in higher education.

Terry Taylor has been involved in higher education at the post-secondary level since 1985. She has extensive experience through several teaching and administrative positions with Denver Technical College including: Department Head for Sports Medicine Technology and Allied Health Programs, Dean of Students, Director of Advanced Training, Director of Curriculum. As Director of New Products for DeVry Inc. she researched and developed new products for DeVry Universities, Keller Graduate School of Management, and the Becker CPA Review. Terry speaks nationally on curriculum, accreditation, and faculty development topics. Her of range of positions and experience in the educational field gives her a distinguished understanding of both the business of education and the challenges facing administrators and faculty to provide quality education and services to students.

Elise comes to Quantum Integrations with a background in international
business, teaching, and leadership. She is an outstanding technical and

and on-ground content. Elise’s personal understanding of the current
college student and their preferred technologies provides insight into
how content should be developed and taught for optimal student
learning, engagement, and utilization. Her innovation and drive bring

Project Team Member
Nick Davis joins Quantum Integrations as a content and curriculum developer. His educational background in English literature, graduate studies in environment, politics and globalization, as well as his extensive travel experiences, allow Nick to speak to a variety of content areas. His diverse work experience includes working on the Hill for a U.S. Congressman, teaching writing and English to Chinese college students in China, working with the Sustainable Development Commission in the U.K., and teaching backpacking, climbing, and conservation practices to youth and adults in the backcountry. Nick’s content writing skills, background to draw from, and knowledge are a strong addition to the team.

A development team includes an instructional designer, an educator, and a subject matter expert (SME), ensuring that our products are instrucitonally sound, reflective of the unique needs of students and instructors in higher education, and include the most current and accurate industry information. We contract with over 40 different subject matter experts to ensure that our curriculum reflects current industry standards and workplace know-how.
